Anger is a normal emotion that is part of life. However, when anger becomes excessive, it can feel overwhelming. People who struggle with anger are portrayed as bad people, but often they are fighting their own battles everyday in their head.
Things like broken relationships, fear of losing control, loneliness and isolation, and anxiety and depression can plague people suffering with anger to the point where improvement seems hopeless.
