Kelsey is a recent graduate from Oklahoma City University with a Masters in Education in Applied Behavioral Studies and also received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Oklahoma. Kelsey also rides horses outside of the office and has an extensive passion for all animals.
She has experience working with adults of all ages and uses individualized approaches to therapy with techniques of person-centered, cognitive behavioral, and narrative therapies. Kelsey believes in treating the person and their needs rather than the diagnosis and pathologizing the state of the client and approaches every client in an individualized way. Whether you are struggling with a large change in your life or want to improve your overall mental health, Kelsey can help you get to where you want to be.
