Stacey Jones, M.Ed., LCDC, LPC-Assoicate, is a counselor with a passion for helping individuals heal, grow, and thrive. She holds a bachelor’s degree from SUNY and a master’s degree in Counseling from Lamar University. Her counseling philosophy is grounded in client-centered and research-based modalities that are held in a compassionate and nonjudgmental environment. Stacey will meet you where you are today, and with you as co-pilot, help you explore your unique strengths, goals, challenges. She will guide you in fostering self-compassion & self-understanding and lead you toward a path of growth and healing.
Before becoming a counselor, Stacey had a career as an EC-12 art educator, and she is adept at differentiating modalities for the unique developmental stages facing children, adolescents, and teens. She also uses expressive arts therapy to safely explore connections between emotions, thoughts, and behaviors; process traumas, develop self-awareness, coping skills, and personal strengths. Stacey is also a supportive advocate of the LGBTQIA community and is happy to help individuals facing challenges unique to this community.
