You may need to explore or ask questions about personal sexual orientation and / or identity. You may feel confused and uncomfortable revealing your personal sexual orientation or gender to those close to you. Whether its family members or friends, this accelerated cycle of thoughts can lead to stress, anxiety, depression and other mental health struggles.

We are here to help you process through your journey even as the world struggles with in judgement, voices of discrimination and intolerance is being amplified. We want to help you have a healthy voice, understanding you value and level of respect all individuals that identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, non-binary, pansexual, and questioning deserve. Constantly questioning oneself (as well as questioning the tolerance level of those around you) can take a mental toll.

But you should know that you are not alone. You should know that you deserve help.

MCP Counseling is proud to offer counseling for gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, non-binary, pansexual, and questioning individuals throughout the Carrollton, Fort Worth area and online across the state of Texas. Our therapist works with all individuals, couples, and families looking to improve their understanding of self in a supportive and educated environment.
